Hotel Coordinator for all BUSC travel:

Coaches Travel/Per Diem for all Tournaments and League teams

League game day stipend for all games:  (GCSA and OPL)

• 50 to 150 miles $75.00 for a per day trip
• No hotel accomadations

• 50 to 150 miles $175.00 for the weekend, plus hotel accomadations
• 151 to 300 miles $ 200.00 for the weekend, plus hotel accomadations

• The above stipends are used to cover food, gas, toll, mileage, and a rental car if needed. 
• Teams should also be prepared to cover the cost of a flight for the coach. Example being, anything over 8 hours one-way.
• If more than one team is traveling to an event, expenses should be shared by all teams.
• Coach should be paid prior to the event.
