About Us
Cedarburg Soccer Club is a non-profit organization based in Ozaukee County. Founded in 1978, our club is an active member of the Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association. We sponsor Recreational Teams ranging from U6 to U14, Competitive (Select) Teams ranging from U11 to U18, and a Men's U23 team. Our youth soccer players number approximately 900.
Our soccer programs are directed by Joe Hammes, currently a player with the Milwaukee Wave and a member of the United States National Futsal Team. Joe leads a staff of dedicated and talented coaches as they introduce soccer to our youngest players and continue to teach and mentor players throughout their high school years.
All the activities and facilities of the Club are overseen by the Executive Board and the Board of Directors, who, with the support of countless other volunteers, donate their time and energy "For The Good Of The Club."
The focus of the Cedarburg Soccer Club is to provide superior facilities and coaching to all our Club teams, enabling all players to develop their soccer skills to their highest potential. We strive to instill qualities such as leadership, responsibility, and teamwork, both on and off the field, in all our athletes. Our Club is confident that the development of successful soccer players has a positive impact on the player, their families, and the communities in which we live.
MISSION STATEMENT
The Cedarburg Soccer Club will strive to:
CODE OF CONDUCT
It's all about sportsmanship! Every CSC leader, player, coach, parent, spectator, or volunteer is expected to show the utmost respect for teammates, opponents, coaches, officials and fans, as well as for all the facilities we use. This includes practices, games, meetings and all other times we gather as a Club or are representing the Club.
Players will know and abide by the rules of the game and be role models of good sportsmanship. Players will use respectful language at all times, and shall exhibit respectful behavior before, during, and after all games and practices. We will strive to win with humility and lose with dignity.
Parents shall use encouraging language and positive cheering to show their support of their player and the team. Parents will strive to be good role models for their children by showing respect to the coaches, officials, and players and parents of both teams, by always using respectful language, and by being proactive in deterring negative behavior. Parents shall remain supportive of coaches and players in all situations.
Let's keep soccer fun! |
