Registration

We will be holding our High School Registration this Wednesday located at the Family Fun Center in Crown Point from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.  Players that have not yet registered online or by appoint MUST attend the registration with all paperwork pre-filled out.  We will be taking registration, setting up uniform ordering and answering any questions you may have.

REGISTRATION…

 Please bring all forms pre-filled out to help speed up the registration process.  There is a checklist with additional items that are needed to complete the registration process with the Chicago Fire Juniors NW Indiana.  Please go through each form and read carefully so your meeting will be quick.

  • To Passport size Pictures
  • First Payment

FEES…

At the meeting we will discuss how you would like to pay for the season.  The options are in full, semi-annual or quarterly (3mos/quarter). Initial payment is due upon registration depending on the payment plan you choose. All payments are due the 1st of the pay period.  If you need to discuss additional payment options please contact us prior to the registration.  We will be accepting Cash, Check and Charge at the location.

UNIFORMS…

All NEW players must purchase the Chicago Fire Juniors uniform. All ordering is done online through Eurosport.  After the registration meeting you will be sent a uniform link to order everything.  The uniforms are on a 2 year cycle, this will be the second year of the cycle.  If you are a returning player that has out grown uniforms or would be looking to sell please let us know, we will be distributing a list of available uniforms for sale.

FUNDRAISER…

All families are required to participate in our annual fund raiser.  We are targeting the spring season for our fundraiser again.

VOLUNTEERING…

We ask that every parent get involved at some level in the club.  There are many opportunities to volunteer a few hours to help out.  More information to come once the teams are formed and Team Administrators are put into place.  If you would like to volunteer for a team manager position please let us know.
