Bruce Samlan Soccer League Spring 2013 Registration The BSSL age range is from 4-17 as of August 31, 2012. Registration Is Open online and via mail. Click HERE to register online. Click HERE to print registration form to mail in. Season Registration Cost- $80.00 Mailed standard registrations need to be post marked with a date of February 9, 2013 or earlier. Late Registration Cost- $100 (mail-in, In-Person or Online) Mailed late registrations need to be post marked with a date of March 10, 2013 or earlier. In-person and online late registrations need to be completed by March 10th, 2013 by midnight or earlier. In-Person Registration/Training- Victory Soccer Complex, 7003 N. Alpine, Loves Park, IL 61111- January 15, 2013 January 22, 2013 4-8 years old is 6:00pm to 6:55pm 9-17 years old is 7:00pm to 7:55pm
Refund Policy: Cancellations done Prior to February 23, 2013 will charged a service charge of $10.00. Cancellations done between February 23rd and March 9th 2013 will lose 50% of fees paid plus a $10.00 service charge. There will be no refunds or fees transferred to other seasons after March 9, 2013!
General Info: The coaches will be contacting parents after February 13th about practices. Practices will be held during the week and times and dates will be determined by the coach. All of our coaches are volunteers so we allow them to choose a location that works best for them. We supply a list of approved locations which are typically local schools and parks. We require that the younger divisions practice at least once a week and the older ones twice a week. Some coaches choose to practice more. Games are held at Pacific Bearing Soccer Complex that is located at I90 and Rockton Rd. Game will be held on Saturday mornings from 8am to 12:30pm starting April 27, 2013. A schedule will be given to you when your coach meets with you and will also be posted on the web. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact me. OUT OF STATE PLAYERS, PLEASE READ: * The US Youth Soccer Association (USYSA) requires out-of-state players to complete an out-of-state permission form. Wisconsin residents, please click here for a copy of this form and for additional information. The Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association charges a $10 processing fee. Out-of state players will not be allowed to practice or play games until proof of acceptance is shown. Additional Information:
